1. Outreach Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a multi-channel outreach plan (email, SMS, social, events) targeting potential members, corporate partners, and community influencers.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with local businesses, schools, gyms, and corporate offices to facilitate co-promotions and events.
- Coordinate events, demos, and "Buddy Weekends" to generate leads and deepen community engagement.
- Build and manage an aggressive lead pipeline, integrating campaign-generated, referral-based, and community-sourced leads.
- Follow up promptly (within 10 minutes) on all inbound/outbound leads—via phone, email, socials—to maximize conversions.
- Create collateral and content for promotions, partnerships, and social media outreach.
- Craft and deploy email and SMS campaigns, coordinate with external agencies/designers to ensure brand alignment.

- Create and post engaging social content including reels, daily stories, and regular feed posts.
- Use relevant hashtags and trends to increase visibility and engagement.
- Actively monitor and respond to comments/messages to maintain high engagement and community connection.
- Manage all social media platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, Yelp, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, and Nextdoor for positive engagement and growth.
- Track performance against KPIs (partnerships formed, leads generated, social medial engagements and growth, positive reviews, events run, sign-ups).
- Provide weekly and monthly reports; optimize strategies based on real-time performance metrics.
- Build and nurture relationships with community leaders, vendors, and brand ambassadors.
- Represent brands at local networking events and proactively source sponsorship/collab opportunities.
- 3+ years in outreach, field marketing, community engagement, or partnership development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Proficiency with CRM tools, email & Texting marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp), and Canva
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven a must
- Must be able to work weekends

In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism.
